Welcome to HabbyApp! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HabbyApp mobile application (the "App") provided by our company ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Access and Use
- The App is designed to help parents build healthy habits in their children (ages 3-6) through gamification.
- The App is available via a subscription model ($2.99/week, $7.99/month and $59.99/annually).
- Users must be at least 18 years old to setup an account and must provide parental consent for child participation.
2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
HabbyApp offers auto-renewable subscription plans for full access to all content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription Options: Weekly at $2.99 (billed per week), Monthly at $7.99 (billed per month) and Annual at $59.99 (billed per year). The Annual plan is equivalent to about $1.25 per week, offering a discounted rate for a yearly commitment.
- Payment: Your Apple ID account will be charged the subscription price at the confirmation of purchase (after any free trial, if applicable).
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Renewal will be at the same cost and period length you originally subscribed to.
- Manage Cancellation: You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time via your App Store account settings. Turning off auto-renew will stop future payments, but the current subscription will continue until it expires.
- No Early Cancellation: You cannot cancel the current active subscription period once purchased; however, you can disable auto-renewal to prevent future charges.
- Free Trial Policy: Free trial period (3 days duration) is offered for Annual subscription. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
